  • Listen and feel for the answer
  • Let in what comes
  • Take your time
  • Does the true nature of my heart need protection
  • Let in the response

You may find heart is intact, profound love, clarity, gratitude and does not need protection.

Arms of the infinite are holding me.

Stories about our heart need protection, true nature does not. (his one take away)

What would happy if you allowed yourself just to shine?

Ultimately there is no one to defend.

No one needs fixing

We can go with the flow when we are not trying, our buddha nature.

What I truly love is this love.

The awakened heart is where true sanity lies.

Learned to stay small, too big for your britches. (core limiting beliefs).

Inner accusations can transmute into heart felt insights and inquiries.
